1. Publisher
PetitNid is developed and published by MABE STUDIO.
MABE STUDIO, a French simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €1,000 Registered with the Romans-sur-Isère Trade and Companies Register under number 108 369 646 Registered office SIRET: 108 369 646 00014 EU VAT number: FR64108369646 Registered office: 110 rue des Castagnoles, 26750 Génissieux, France President: Mathieu Bruynbroeck Publication director: Benoît Bruynbroeck Email: contact@petitnid.app
2. Purpose
PetitNid is a mobile app for everyday baby tracking. It allows parents to record and follow their baby’s activities (feeding, sleep, nappy changes and growth) and receive recommendations based on scientific guidance.
3. Acceptance of these terms
Using PetitNid constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
4. Registration and account
- Registration requires a valid email address and a password.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
- An account provides access to one family. Several parents can join the same family using an invitation code.
- You must be an adult and the parent or legal guardian of the child whose data is recorded.
5. Important medical notice
PetitNid is NOT a medical device.
- Sleep predictions, recommendations and information provided by the app (including the AI assistant) are for information only.
- They are never a substitute for advice from a healthcare professional.
- The AI assistant does not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment.
- PetitNid’s numerical and editorial guidance links to official sources where it is displayed in the app.
- Nidoo does not guarantee any verified medical citations. Any reference it mentions must be checked directly against its source.
- A limited filter redirects some clearly expressed emergencies to 15 or 112, the emergency numbers used in France. It is neither exhaustive nor a triage system. In an emergency, call the emergency services immediately without waiting for a response in the app.
- If you have any concerns about your child’s health, consult a paediatrician or doctor.
- PetitNid accepts no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of information provided by the app.
6. AI assistant
- Depending on the service configuration, PetitNid’s AI assistant uses Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude to generate a response based on the recent journal.
- AI responses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies.
- Wherever possible, responses distinguish between observations from the journal, general guidance and cautious suggestions, but this classification may itself be incorrect.
- Use of the AI assistant may require a Premium subscription.
7. Data and privacy
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy policy. By using PetitNid, you accept this policy.
8. Intellectual property
- The PetitNid app, its code, design, text and algorithms are the property of MABE STUDIO.
- Cited scientific sources belong to their respective authors.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit the app or its content.

- Annual Premium: €79.99 per year
- A 7-day free trial may be offered; its availability and exact duration are shown by the store before you subscribe.
- Prices may vary by country and local currency. The exact amount is displayed in the app before any subscription is taken out.
- Subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store) under their respective terms. Payment is charged to your store account when the purchase is confirmed.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.

- Payment is collected by Apple or Google, which applies its own refund policy: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store and play.google.com for the Play Store.
- Any complaint may also be sent to contact@petitnid.app.
11. Service availability
- PetitNid is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of continuous availability.
- Interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur.
- We aim to maintain continuity of service but do not guarantee that it will be free from errors or interruptions.

- In particular, PetitNid accepts no responsibility for medical or parenting decisions made on the basis of information provided by the app.
- PetitNid’s liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user over the previous 12 months.
13. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time directly in the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. Your profile and AI conversations are deleted immediately and permanently. If you are the family’s only member, family data is also deleted. If another parent remains a member, the shared family journal remains accessible to preserve their own tracking data. For any questions about this right, contact contact@petitnid.app.
14. Changes to these terms
